Traffic Coating System
The Bridge Preservation™ Traffic Coating System is a composite membrane system comprised of Bridge Deck Membrane, BD Top Coat, and BD Aliphatic Coating 75. This Traffic Coating System offers protection against water infiltration, salts, chemicals, and other elements that can accelerate corrosion of structural elements. It maintains flexibility at temperatures below freezing, and has passed the ASTM C1305 Standard Test Method for Crack Bridging Ability of Liquid-Applied Waterproofing Membranes after 40 cycles.
System Components
High performance spray applied base coat membrane. Provides waterproofing protection and crack bridging capabilities.
High performance spray applied intermediate membrane. Provides lock coat for aggregate and additional waterproofing protection.
High performance color stable top coat. Provides an attractive final surface and offers excellent UV weathering characteristics.
