Surface Activator

Bridge Deck Membrane Surface Activator is a specially formulated single-component cleaner and surface activator. Bridge Deck Membrane Surface Activator is used to reactivate the surface of the Bridge Deck Membrane when incidental patching or over coating is required. Bridge Deck Membrane Surface Activator can be applied by roller or with a cotton rag.

Bridge Deck Membrane Surface Activator may be used when over coating or patching all Bridge Preservation™ rapid curing sealants and spray coatings systems.

Patch Coat

Bridge Deck Membrane Patch Coat is a slow setting, 100% solids, two-component polymer product. Bridge Deck Membrane Patch Coat is used for incidental patching and touchup. The slower setting membrane allows material to be dispensed though duplex cartridges and finished by brush or trowel. Bridge Deck Membrane Patch Coat can be applied in temperatures down to -20°F without effect on setup time or curing, and can be applied at specified thickness in one continuous application.

Patch Coat SC

Bridge Deck Patch Coat SC is a slow setting, 100% solids, single-component polymer product.  Bridge Deck Patch Coat SC is used for incidental patching or membrane-to-membrane or membrane-to-substrate bonding.

Bridge Deck Patch Coat SC is a superior high strength elastomeric coating designed for repairing small areas of damaged membrane on bridge and elevated deck structures.

Joint Adhesive

Spray Applied Joint Adhesive is a slow setting, 100% solids, two-component polymer product. Spray Applied Joint Adhesive is used with the Bridge Preservation Joint system to adhere both the joint flanges and seal joint overlaps. The slower setting adhesive membrane allows proper wetting and adhesion of joint materials before initial set. Spray Applied Joint Adhesive can be applied in temperatures down to -20°F without effect on setup time or curing, and can be applied at specific thickness in continuous application.

Bridge Deck Joint Adhesive is a superior high strength, elastomeric adhesive coating designed for use in the adhesion and sealing of the Bridge Preservation joint system.

BD Grout

Bridge Deck Grout is a specifically formulated, 100% solids epoxy concrete restoration and rebuild product designed to repair heavily damaged concrete or to reconstruct areas where high strength, chemical resistance and quicker turn-around time is required.

Bridge Deck Grout is ideal for areas where traditional cementitous products are inadequate due to hydration requirements, length of cure time, lack of chemical resistance, or lower compression and flexural strength. Bridge Deck Grout can be formed, molded or shaped, making it ideal for vertical installation, reconstruction of key features, and repair of damaged concrete or new construction. Bridge Deck Grout is ideal in applications where concrete leveling is required.

BD Butyl Tape PE

BD Butyl Tape PE is comprised of a UV resistant polymer backing and a butyl adhesive.  It has silicone interleaving which is removed as the tape is applied.

BD Concrete Sealer WB

BD Concrete Sealer WB is a color stable, waterborne coating used for coating or sealing. It may be applied directly to properly prepared concrete and steel surfaces, or over other Bridge Preservation products to provide long-term color stability when required. When fully cured, BD Concrete Sealer WB provides excellent UV weathering characteristics and is abrasion resistant and chemical resistant.

BD Concrete Sealer WB is an abrasion resistant and color stable coating system designed to enhance gloss and provide additional UV resistance and stability to other Bridge Preservation products.
