BD Aliphatic Coating 75

Bridge Deck Aliphatic Coating is a 75% solids, color stable coating that displays virtually no odors and has a high moisture tolerance. Bridge Deck Aliphatic Coating is color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics. Bridge Deck Aliphatic Coating can also be applied directly to concrete and steel surfaces, or over other Bridge Preservation products to provide long-term color stability when required, and can be applied in temperatures as low as -20°F. When fully cured, Bridge Deck Aliphatic Coating provides a highly abrasion resistant, high-gloss, smooth finish.

Bridge Deck Aliphatic Coating is a high strength, abrasion resistant and color stable plural component system designed to provide superior long-term protection to concrete and steel surfaces. This product has been specifically formulated as a topcoat for existing or new concrete or steel, such as piers, pier caps, railings and pedestrian walkways, providing excellent resistance against water and chloride intrusion.
